All contracts require valid credit card.
Customers credit card will be billed monthly.
A 2.9% transaction Fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

(If after installation of Service, a customer requests early termination of a portion of their service, customer shall pay early termination charges based on total remaining monthly charges for contract period for service terminated, multiplied by eighty percent (80%), plus the balance of all billed but unpaid recurring, and all outstanding nonrecurring charges.)

Customers paying for a full year in advance receive a 5% discount. If you cancel before the year is up,  you will lose the 5% discount, for months used, and any amount remaining will be refunded to you.


Business owners aren't charged differently than residential!

If you own a business, why should you be charged more than anyone else, especially when you aren't using it anymore that a residential customer! I don't feel that you should either. Everyone is treated the same.

Why do I require an deposit on equipment ?

Equipment is extremely expensive, around $370.00 per customer. Requiring a deposit for non-contract customers insures that the equipment will be returned after an account is closed, This enables me to reuse the equipment for a new customer. The deposit is also used to purchase additional equipment.
When or if you decide to cancel your subscription, and the equipment is returned undamaged, your deposit will be returned.

Is there any way around the deposit on equipment ?

 A deposit is not required for customers who sign a three year contract. Customers that sign a two year contract are required to submit a $50.00 deposit, and those who sign a one year contract require a $100.00 deposit.

Is there any way around the Installation Charge ?

The installation charge is waved for customers who sign a three year contract.
