Starting November 1st we will be taking a break from new installs. 

With winter on its way, new installs become more difficult, and at times dangerous. When doing an install it is important to me to do the most professional job that I can. Vinyl siding becomes brittle, and sealant used during installation can not cure properly in cold weather. I will resume new installs starting March 1st.

In a cases where an existing customer has an issue that requires the replacement of equipment, I will of course be available. I will also be taking this time to work on different projects in a continuing effort to maintain the highest level of service that I can for my customers. If you’re an existing customers rest assured that I am still available for you if you encounter any issues. As a matter of fact if everything continues to work smoothly I will have more that enough time for your calls even if it’s just to say hello!





New Customers are required to sign an "Internet Service Terms & Conditions Agreement".

Late Fee: A $5.00 Late Fee will be applied to all past due accounts.

Customer payments not received on or before the 5th day past the posted due date will be accessed a $5.00 late fee. The Payment Due date is the date when your payment must be in our office, not the date of the postmark. Please allow 5 days mail time for receipt of payment. To ensure proper crediting to your account, please include the top portion of the statement with your payment. Accounts that are delinquent past 90 days will have services suspended and a $25.00 payment will be required for reactivation of service. Any past due amounts must be paid in full before service can be restored. If any check sent in for payment for services is returned unpaid by your bank; you may be charged a fee. After 120 days delinquent accounts are subject to collection by a collection agency. Question about Your Statement: If you think your statement is in error or if you have question about your statement, please call the telephone number located on the front of your statement immediately.
