WIRELESS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY The
Waseca Wireless Broadband Wireless Internet Access Network
(the “System”) is intended to be used by Customers to
access the Internet and send and receive electronic mail for
Customers’ personal or internal business needs. Customer
is prohibited from taking any of the following actions: 1.
Use
the System for any purpose other than its intended purpose
and for Customer’s personal or internal business needs; 2. Resell,
distribute or otherwise make the System available to anyone
other than: (A) if this is a personal account, the
Customer’s authorized immediate family members, or (B) if
this is a business account, authorized representatives of
the Customer; 3.
Use
the System to disseminate or transmit any unsolicited
commercial e-mail messages (SPAM), chain letters, bots,
spiders, crawlers, or other repetitive information
collection or distribution devices (and Customer will use
reasonable efforts to prevent others from doing the same);
4.
Use
the System to export, re-export, download or transmit any
message or content in violation of any export law,
regulation or restriction of the United States and its
agencies or authorities; 5. Create
a false identity or otherwise attempt to mislead anyone,
including but not limited to Waseca Wireless, as to the
identity of the sender or the origin of any communication,
information or other material transmitted via the System;
6. Take
any action which may significantly diminish the System or
Waseca Wireless’ ability to provide the same to its
customers, including but not limited to, using concurrent
logins or making unattended use of the System (line
camping); 7.
Use
the System to attempt to discover, use, copy or modify the
information or materials of others or in any way violate
their privacy or security. 8.
Store
on or transmit through the System, any information or
material that: (A) is illegal or otherwise inappropriate,
including but not limited to, pornographic, obscene or
offensive text, graphics or images; (B) contains any virus,
time bomb, trojan horse, or other like material; or (C)
infringes or violates the copyright, trademark, trade
secret, patent, privacy, publicity or any other proprietary
or intellectual property right of Waseca Wireless or any
third party. If
Waseca Wireless believes in good faith that Customer has
violated any of the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy,
Waseca Wireless may immediately suspend the provision of
service to the Customer and, upon five (5) days written
notification to the Customer, delete any material stored on
the System that violates this Acceptable Use Policy and
terminate its agreement with the Customer. |
