Waseca Wireless's Creation

Waseca Wireless was created April 1st 2004, from a doomed wireless internet service originally created by Prairie Lakes Internet. After its acquisition by CP internet, it was decided that the wireless portion of CP's services would no longer be continued in several communities (Mankato, Spring Valley, Fulda, and Waseca). I had been a distributor for Prairie Lakes wireless department, and was receiving high speed service as compensation. After being told by CP that the wireless was being discontinued, I made the decision to acquire the wireless portion from CP. I am hoping to create some competition in our community, and  hope to drive down the cost for high speed internet service in our community. I also realize that there is a large segment of the population that is being ignored. That segment being the rural community.  I hope I will create a niche for myself with unsurpassed customer service, and reasonable rates. Being as Waseca Wireless is a local based business, and I'm the only owner, you can rest assured you won't be transferred to another department or spend your time on hold.
